She's my go-to girl, and the one I will run to if I need a second shooter or a trusted photographer to cover a wedding for me.
It's always good for wedding photographer like myself to have a backup plan in case I can't make an event, or to have extra help if an event is larger. Having an associate in place allows you to have piece of mind in case something happens to myself or your event dates change & I may not be available.
